Val's Veggies CSA members are entitled to 20 weeks of produce beginning the week of June 15.  A share consists of 6-15 different items each week depending on availability.

Typical shares will include:  beets, green beans, sweet corn, red & green cabbage, summer squash, tomatoes, onions, basil, sweet and hot peppers, potatoes, carrots, broccoli, lettuce, winter squash, eggplant, cucumbers pickling and slicing, cilantro, dill, radishes, peas, spinach and swiss chard, as available.

There will be many different varieties of each vegetable.  Last year we had 42 kinds of tomatoes and over 40 different winter squash and pumpkins.  The different tastes, textures and colors are fun to try.  I found some new favorites!

This year we are offering 2 different boxes:  

Val's Veggies Box

6-15 different veggies depending on availability, packed and delivered each week to your pick up site.  Full share-$575.00. Half Share - $375.00.  Save $50 per share if purchased by April 1.

Val's Custom Box

6-15 veggies depending on availability.  You custom build your weekly box by going to the web site and choosing what is available and the amounts listed for your size share.  The list will be updated Sunday and you must get your order in by Monday eve. or you will receive a regular Val's Veggies Box.  Full share - $625.00.  Half share - $400.00.  Save $50 per share if purchased by April 1.

Egg Shares

20 weeks of farm fresh free range eggs are available on a weekly or biweekly basis or you can buy them as available at the market.  Full share - $55.00. Half share - $27.50.  You may purchase by the dozen as available for $3.00 each.

Delivery:  Midweek farmers market is the location for pickup of your share.  If you cannot pickup your share you need to ask a friend or neighbor to do it or make prior arrangements.  Any shares not picked up will be given to the local food bank.

Members may purchase additional produce for a 10% discount off of retail price.

This year we are excited to be able to offer the option of a fruit share. Payment and delivery will be the same as the veggie boxes.  Eagle Creek Orchard is offering full and half shares of USDA Organic Fruit.  Some of the sweetest and juiciest fruit you've ever eaten.  Full share - $158.00.  Half share - $80.00.
