Val's Veggies CSA members are entitled to 20 weeks of produce beginning the week of June 15. 

This year we are offering:

Val's Veggie Box:

6-15 different veggies depending on availability.  You get a box of farm fresh veggies packed from what is available for that week, depending on the size of share you purchase.

Val's Custom Box:

6-15 veggies depending on availability.  You custom build your weekly box by going to the web site and choosing from what is available that week and the amounts listed for your size share.  For example you might not want beets but 2 bunches on green onions,etc.

We offer farm fresh eggs from our free range hens.  Our flock of around 80 hens and 2 busy roosters,  consists of Barred Rock, Rhode Island Red and White Leghorns and a few mixtures that happened when we didn't find all the eggs. 

They eat lots of bugs and grass.  We also feed corn and a pellet mix that contains no antibiotics or animal by-products.  This fall and winter they have had alot of winter squash and pumpkins also.

We are offering a full share(20 wks) delivered weekly to your pick up location or a half share(10wks) delivered every other week or you can buy as available at the market.

Fruit Share:

Full share 7-8# of handpicked juicy sweet organic fruit each week for eleven weeks starting mid-July

Half Share  3-4# of handpicked juicy sweet organic fruit each week for eleven weeks starting mid-July.

All fruit will arrive at the pick up point packed in special boxes and you will pick the amounts for the size share you purchased.
